I appreciate them.

Jack Kerouac sort of grows on one. I think I’ve read everything that he ever wrote. After I obtained recordings of Jack reading his works, the voice I now hear in my head as I reread his writings is his voice, his cadence. It really makes a difference in the reading.

I’ll scratch Alex’s ear for you as soon as the furball awakens from his morning catnapAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16939152657551690867noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12709723.post-3200857626693212702009-01-08T08:29:00.000-05:002009-01-08T08:29:00.000-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16939152657551690867noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12709723.post-71498728993634168782009-01-08T02:12:00.000-05:002009-01-08T02:12:00.000-05:00I am wondering where in the world I've been. Matter of fact, for me all of Jack’s books a wonderful reads.

Squirl: I hope you find the time to listen to The Bird—I mean Charlie, not his song by that title.

Carol: Please give Jack’s writing a try. I began reading him when I was 18 or 19 and have never stopped. I believe I have read every story, poem, and play that he ever wrote, plus quite a bit that has been written about him. Does than make me a “fan” of Jack Kerouac?

i beati : Thank you, Sandy. I suppose that’s one of the reasons that in my profile I claim to be “A Man for All Seasons.”

Akelamalu: Thank you!
