Sometimes All One Can Do is Pray and Sing

And you wonder where were going
Wheres the rhyme and wheres the reason
And its you cannot accept
It is here we must begin
To seek the wisdom of the children
And the graceful way of flowers in the wind

For the children and the flowers
Are my sisters and my brothers
Their laughter and their loveliness
Could clear a cloudy day. ~ John Denver

The events in Tucson have evinced in me tears and anger. I have expressed both in many ways over the past few days. I have also listened to a lot of music. As the funerals begin today, as the people of Tucson unite in an angel action  to protect the mourners as a the response to the creeps of the Westboro Baptist Church's announcement that it will picket the funerals of victims, I've had needed to find ways to calm my mind. Constant prayer helps, as does playing, sining, and listening to music.

Here is a bit of that music:

Shalom, my friends.

I'm glad that you have music to bring a sense of calmness and peace.
