Tonight (Tuesday) I attended what will probably be the only family Christmas gathering I will go to this year: my #1 son, his significant other, and my grandchildren at my mother’s house.
Mike: Thank you. Now, when do I get to see a picture of you and yours?
Punkmom: Thank you, although I wouldn’t include myself under the adjective “beautiful!”
Milkmaid: Thank you, but you ought to see their, uh, behavior.
Thomas: Yes, Christmas is better with kids around. I’m glad to hear that you experienced the energizing of having your sister’s kids visit. I hope it lasts a while!
I appreciate your posting the pictures of your family. It helps me feel that I know you better.
