Yesterday Blogger would not allow me to post any comments. At first I believed it was only on Blogger Beta blogs; however, I then found that I was also blocked at classic Blogger blogs. Does anyone know what’s going on?


This morning, up early and unable to sleep, I read Internet editions of newspapers from around the world. The headings of each article link to the articles in online newspapers from around the world.

Here’s what I found was disturbing:

Saudi Sunni Clerics Call for "just short of" Jihad against Iraqi Shiites

Thirty prominent Islamic clerics from Saudi Arabia have called for Sunni Muslims throughout Middle East to wage jihad against Shiites Muslims in Iraq. In there statement the Sunni clerics said that jihad (holy war) "is one of the most important tenets of religion, and what has been taken by force can only be regained by force."


A New “Jack the Ripper” in Great Britain?

As the bodies of five dead women are found in two weeks in the northern English town of Ipswich, its citizens are gripped by fear as they face the horrifying reality that a serial killer may be in their midst. The BBC provides some of the most lucid coverage of these gruesome crimes.


Israel Will Be Wiped Out?

Among those representing the United States was former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke, whose prepared remarks, issued by the Iranian Foreign Ministry, said the gas chambers in which millions perished actually did not exist. Robert Faurisson, an academic from France, said in his speech that the Holocaust was a myth created to justify the occupation of Palestine.
