Alex has even decided to join in, posting on his blog something such as STOP ANIMAL ABUSE. He has located some really good resources!
Speaking of Alex, my long-time friend, Prill, who lives in
Inside the card she writes: I have come to think of you any time I see cats! I appreciate the card and, among other thoughts that jumped into my mind, I realize that, until Alex came into my life, I was a dog person.
Axl has a buddy now. My parents adopted a new kitty. He is still nameless but he is soo adorable.

Cute card and handsome Alex. That is great about the stop abuse, thanks for the heads up.
ReplyDeleteHow does your Alex feel about you having been a dog person? Maybe Alex will write about his feelings in his blog?
ReplyDeleteYes I must admit I've always been a dog person myself, and then a rabbit person, and a hamster person and fish person... :o) Let's face it... I'm a sucker for a cute face. :o) Yes, some fish have cute faces. ;o)
ReplyDeleteI'm just an ANIMAL person. =)
ReplyDeleteCool thing about the "stop abuse".
Nick, thank you for visiting my blog!
ReplyDeleteYou have 3 great blogs here, and I will be back.
Also, I am adding you to my blogroll.
ps. Like your pirate-y name, Capt. William Cash!
ReplyDeleteLOL
Nick, I have a feeling that, like me and lil bit, you are an animal person. I get attached to all of them.
ReplyDeleteOne thing I would like to mention about child abuse. Many people think of abuse as beating or molestation. But verbal abuse can be just as damaging. Children are so vulnerable to adult opinion. And things said often stick with them for life.
alex's blog was funny :)and i'm interested in knowing how come you got Alex if you were a dog person??? a good story i'm sure :)
ReplyDeleteA good cause. And I'm so proud of Alex for getting behind a good cause. For me there's no such thing as 'dog or cat people' we're all just 'pet people'
ReplyDelete:O)
I look forward to reading Alex’s and your posts on Thursday.
ReplyDeleteI like Alex's contribution!
ReplyDeleteAs far as child abuse is concerned, the child can be hurt even if somebody even tries to abuse him/her. It makes the child absolutely cynical.
ReplyDeleteYou and Alex are doing great work.
Good Stuff
