Carol (Carol for Peace ) is undergoing surgery. Please join with her in your thoughts and prayers.
Circle Carol, Lord.
Keep protection near
And danger afar.
Circle Carol, Lord
Keep hope within.
Keep doubt without.
Circle Carol, Lord.
Keep light near
And darkness afar.
Circle Carol, Lord.
Keep peace within.
Keep anxiety out.
She'll be fine but I will keep her in my thoughts for you ..

Nick, I need to mention this... I suffered a crisis of faith in 2007, and you have been a great help in guiding me back...you need to know that.
ReplyDeleteI have lifted Carol up in my prayers this morning, and hope you will keep us posted.
Best of luck to Carol. Cheers Nick!!
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful, Nick. Carol, she's a special one.
ReplyDeleteAwwwwww..... tears...
ReplyDeleteI am just now catching up on your blog, Nick. Yours is my first adventure back out into the blogosphere. I can't believe you did this! Thank you!
Thank you everyone!
Prayers and good thoughts are powerful. This experience has really reinforced that awareness for me.
Nick, you are so sweet. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
P.S.
ReplyDeletePrayer does have power - not necessarily for making sure that we get the outcome we want, but it gives us strength, courage, and affirmation that we're not alone. So, even if all the prayers that are being prayed for Tibetans, Iraqis, etc. don't seem to be changing anything, I truly trust that more is being done than meets the eye.
Lovely prayer.
ReplyDeletevery nice
ReplyDeleteAmen.
ReplyDeleteHope it went well!
