fantastic. this is human spirit at its best. i loved the black google yesterday too. in fact, the title of my blog, 'lights out for darker skies', is all about that in a way. how everything is calmer, stiller, and clearer when there is less to distract you. it's getting back to the soul.
Due to March Madness, we did not participate in Saturday's Earth Hour, but once basketball is over, I'm thinking that a weekly Earth Hour on Sunday evening would be quite nice.
