While other bloggers are presenting exquisite photographs of their vacations, of neat places they have visited, of family celebration, of flowers, mountains, and the sea, I have been taking photographs of Alex sleeping.

    Cats have the art of napping down better than any other creature on the planet. Better even than babies. Hope you're catching some healing zzzzz's along with him.

    Akelamalu: Yes, Alex has given me lessons in napping; unfortunately, I can’t get into most of the positions that he can.

    Squirl: I must agree: I have seen Alex nap at times and in places that amaze me.

    Yes, I am getting my naps, too. This morning I awoke around 4:30, took my first nap at about 8:30, and arose from that one at 10:30. I wish I could say I feel rested; my mind is awake but my body still feels lethargic.
