    Thanks for the reminder! It will still be light here on the west coast, and I'll have my TV on due to the NCAA tournament...and my computer.

    But the lights will definitely be out and we'll be unplugging all unused appliances as well. It's amazing how much electricity a plugged in but unused appliance uses.

    We did our bit...candles on all the tables. Although a few lights were on so people wouldn't fall over the marquee ropes and break their necks!
