Too Many "Infamous" Days

There have been far too many days of infamy in my lifetime. The attack on Pearl Harbor occurred five years before my birth. Yet, since my birth, there have been genocides, wars, unjust executions, terrorist attacks, mass killings, police brutality, etc. Each of these of events have been, to me, infamous:

Remembering

I was at home working on the agenda for the night's church council meeting when my mother called me and told me to turn on my TV. I did, just in time to see the second plane crash into the World Trade Center. That scene and those that followed will forever live in my memory.
