The More I Hear and See, the More I Appreciate Him

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one
~ John Lennon

People of Berlin – and people of the world – the scale of our challenge is great. The road ahead will be long. But I come before you to say that we are heirs to a struggle for freedom. We are a people of improbable hope. With an eye toward the future, with resolve in our hearts, let us remember this history, and answer our destiny, and remake the world once again
. ~ Senator Barak Obama, Berlin, Germany, July 24, 2008

Perhaps this could be Obama's theme song:

Ally, Ally Oxen Free (The Kingston Trio)

P.S. Alex is showing a non-political video on his blog.

  6. The Mighty Beluga: Yes, I sincerely hope the world is becoming a better place.

Puss-in-Boots: You know, I decided to support Senator Obama long before he had enough votes to defeat Senator Clinton for one primary reason: he is the first presidential candidate in many years who has offered the American people something other than the “same old same old” future.

Maithri: Amen. Yes, I do know how you feel about Senator Obama and I share those feelings 100%!
