  1. Not a bad list there, Nick!

  2. I beleive you're the first to put a live album on your list. I saw a PP&M concert on PBS many years ago, and they do seem to be one of those bands who feed off the energy of the crowd.

  3. Good list. I would love to do this, but it looks too time consuming at this state of the semester. I don't know the code for putting in the music links--I use the classic blogger template and I won't change--when I do, I will probably get my own domain if blogging still remains as something I want to do.

A good live album is Ben Harper's Live at Mars--he also does a great live version with Eddie Vedder on Pearl Jam's song Indifference. I know I would include that song. Ben also does it live on his own.

  4. You weren't kidding when you said yours would be a mixed genre!

Good stuff here. I would definitely enjoy a day of listening to your choices.

  7. Kcinnova: Thank you! I rather wish that the list was 4 times as long.

Thomas: I’ve been to four Peter, Paul, and Mary concerts. They used to play Louisville rather often: Mary is a Louisville native, you know.

  8. Enemy of the Republic : Thank you! Creating a post like this isn’t difficult, just time consuming. It’s actually fun if I do a bit at a time over a few days. You can always do this meme without posting the graphics or the songs.

Carol: Nope, I wasn’t kidding. Actually I’d really like to add another genre or two, like classical and blues.

  9. Lucky Owl: Thank you. I used to attend Mass at the Archabbey of Saint Meinrad which was about a 30 minute drive from my parsonage primarily for the chants.

    Akelamalu : Thank you!
